Spring Harvest Farm-to-Table Dinner | Saturday, May 22, 2021 Join the Taste of Wimberley for a decadent evening and a one-of-a-kind experience at the beautiful Montesino Ranch + Farm in Wimberley, Texas, for an organic and locally-sourced "Farm to Table" Dinner. Gather with old friends and make new in an intimate, candlelit setting under the stars. Watch local Chef Stefani Immel prepare an inspired meal in the Live Oak Kitchen from that morning's farm harvest along with locally-sourced grass fed beef tenderloin and cheeses with a selection of breads baked with locally-milled ancient grains.
4:30 p.m. — Gate opens at Montesino Ranch (parking in the barn parking lot)
4:30 - 6:15 — Gather in the barn for charcuterie boards (including pickled items from the farm, various farm jams, fresh vegetables, Pure Luck Farms blue goat cheese, herbed Texas Olive Oil + more!), basil-cucumber lemonade, and complimentary mojito samples made with Wimberley's own hand-crafted Cypress Creek Reserve Rum. Stroll just a short distance from the barn to see where the growing magic happens. Josh Newton, Farm Extraordinaire, will be milling about to answer questions.
6:15 p.m. — Mosey from the barn area to the Live Oak Kitchen — just a short stroll from the barn — where dinner will be served under the oak trees and stars.
6:30 - 8:00 p.m. — Dinner is served.
8:00 - 9:00 p.m. — Gather around the fire pit where each guest will receive a gourmet S'mores packet to enjoy around the bonfire or to take home.
9:00 p.m. — Evening concludes. Safe travels back to your neck of the woods.

Mixed Farm Greens/Arugula Salad
Roasted beets, pickled red onion, fresh kohlrabi, toasted pumpkin seeds, cucumber, and local goat cheese (CKC Farms) lightly tossed in an apple-citrus vinaigrette
Various almond, sesame, herb crackers
Paired with Texas Rose wine tasting
Grilled Summer Squash, Rainbow Chard and Whipped Mascarpone Risotto
Grilled Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin from Bastrop Cattle Company
Charred Shallot Gastrique
Ancient grains/locally-milled French Boule and Olive Breads from Abby Jane Bakery
Various Herb Butters
Paired with Texas Red Wine tasting
Gourmet S'mores Kit with homemade Graham Cookies and Texas Pecan Fudge
